On Sunday’s Grammys, Taylor Swift and Olivia Rodrigo ended rumors of a feud!
During Olivia’s efficiency of her hit tune “Vampire,” Taylor was seen singing and dancing along.
Taylor and Olivia had been up towards one another in a number of classes, together with Best Pop Solo Performance, Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Album of the Year.
When Taylor gained her thirteenth Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album for “Midnights,” Olivia was seen smiling and clapping.
Months in the past, rumors swirled that Taylor was the topic of “Vampire.” At the time, Olivia told The Guardian, “How do I reply this? I imply, I by no means need to say who any of my songs are about. I’ve by no means achieved that earlier than in my profession and possibly will not. I feel it is higher to not pigeonhole a tune to being about this one factor.”
Though Olivia was open about her admiration for Taylor prior to now, many followers speculated that they’d a falling out over Olivia’s tune “Déjà Vu,” by which Taylor acquired a retroactive songwriter credit score.
In September, Olivia addressed the feud rumors, telling Rolling Stone, “I don’t have beef with anyone. I’m very chill. I keep to myself. I have my four friends and my mom, and that’s really the only people I talk to, ever. There’s nothing to say. There’s so many Twitter conspiracy theories. I only look at alien-conspiracy theories.”
